These two sizable facades felt empty on this beautiful large-scale multifamily property. Located in Kissimmee, FL, the property’s modern farmhouse design needed something that felt rural and vintage, yet also lively and modern.

The crisp black and white paint scheme allowed us to work with bright colors, evoking this old Florida town’s history in citrus agriculture. Property layout was also a key design factor – the two facades face each other, with a stylish community patio in between. The mural style needed to feel fresh, crisp, and fun, evoking not only vintage citrus imagery but also a joyful, festive atmosphere.
